Greetings from HARENOHI Yokohama Counter.
How have you been?
Festive season is just around the corner!
We’re so excited these days (^0^)
Today, we would like to introduce you to a beautiful wedding ceremony held at
The bride and groom were so relaxed all the time .
It looked like we were more excited than they were.
The star of this day was,,,,
the groom, who was from a small beautiful country called Malta!
Have you heard of the country?
It is located in the Mediterranean Sea, it’s getting more and more popular for tourist every year.
Look at him in 紋付袴 Montsuki-hakama!
It perfectly suited him (^.^)
Can you see his family crest on his kimono?
It was his actual family crest of his home in Malta!
He’d sent us a picture of it, and luckily it wasn’t too complicated,
and we managed to make the special European family crest for him!
Another star of this day was,,,,
This lovely lady (*^.^)/
The 白無垢 shiromuku(White kimono for brides)
with essence of red was so sweet on her!
The beautiful head piece in the picture was made of Maltese silver!
To our surprise, it was made by the groom! for this special day!
( Sorry there is no nice photo to see it clearly!)
It was so detailed and delicate!
How nice! Amazing work!!
They moved to a waiting after they got all ready for the ceremony.
During the rehearsal, he read the vow in front of guests,
and he did it perfectly in spite of it’s difficult Japanese.
There was a family came to see the groom from Yamaguchi prefecture.
He looked so happy to see them (^^)
After the ceremony, they had a photo and video shooting time!
Since the family of the groom couldn’t attend the wedding,
they ordered a video shooting to show it to his family in Malta.
The ceremony was smoothly concluded.
Then it moves to fun and relaxed dinner time with guests
at a Japanese restaurant 大志満 横浜店 Oshima Yokohama.
The dishes were so presented with pretty plates, boxes and decorations!
Even this flowers!
…no, it’s not flowers, some of them were made of vegetables
such as pumpkin, radish, turnip and burdock♪
Thank you Oshima Yokohama for your hospitality(^^)
It was a great surprise to them!
They spent a tasty dishes and fun time there.
And, here it comes !(^.^) the wedding cake ceremony time!
First bite given from the groom to the bride to promise him that she will always cook and prepare tasty dishes for him (^^)
Then another bite from the bride to the groom(using a bigger spoon for the groom!) to promise her he will work hard for her not to have any difficulties with food.
They look so nice! You can’t wait to have it, can you (^.^)?
The shiromuku suited her very well, but her in this black 本振袖 Honfurisode※
with sakura pattern looked great too( >▽<)b
※Honfurisode:Kimono for brides. It’s thinner than shiromuku or irouchikake. Traditionally its colour is black, however there is a variety of colours nowdays.
Once again, congratulations to you both, the lovely couple!
Thank you so much for letting us support your special day.
We were so glad that you and all the guests looked so happy and enjoying the time together on your wedding day.
We wish you a long lasting, happy married life☆☆☆

Hello, how are you everyone?
From Yokohama counter, which was opened just a few months ago,
I would like to introduce you to a shrine, 鶴岡八幡宮 Tsurugaoka-hachimangu today.
It’s one of the most famous shrines in Japan as you may know.
There are always many visitors coming from other countries.
It’s located in the central Kamakura and surrounded by mountains on three sides.
It is said that people who were born in this area should visit and pray from this shrine first.
It is considered one of the three great Hachimangu shrines in Japan.
The place where wedding couples have their ceremony is
the red colored kagura(Dance and music) hall.
The contrast with the green of trees and blue sky is
just so splendid and gorgeous!!
About the wedding ceremony,
the procession starts from a waiting room with solemn atmosphere,
then the couple and attendants forward to the blight open air kagura hall to have the ceremony.
Kamakura? It’s quite far from Tokyo, isn’t it?
You might think like this.
But actually it’s only one hour from Tokyo station and
only 26 minutes from Yokohama station by train!
In addition, you don’t need to stop or change a train!
Also it would be nice to have a kind of sightseeing experience together
for people living a bit far from this area.
They can enjoy wedding and sightseeing at once!
The shrine is located near the sea,
so it could be Seaside Japanese Wedding?
It is nice to have your wedding close to your home,
But how about considering having your wedding ceremony
at a place where you don’t usually visit?
It would be nice too!2016年8月13日 6:21 PM
Hello everyone from Fukuoka Bridal Salon.
I feel like the rainy season has passed
and Summer has already come in Fukuoka.
In this hot weather,
I visited 竃門神社Kamado-Shrine and 太宰府天満宮Dazaifu-tenmangu
and there was a beautiful exhibition of Shrine × Flower Art !!
The exhibition was held by the flower artist from Denmark,
Mr. Nicolai Bergmann collaborated with the two shrines.
The exhibition is until June 12th, 2016.
The fresh green turns to deep green during this season,
Why don’t you visit the shrines to see the arts?6:13 PM
Today, I would like to show you Happy Wedding Pictures♡,
but I focus on showing you the pictures which weren’t taken during the ceremony!
An attractive point of having a Japanese style wedding is the natural light of the sun
which is not able to be made in a studio.
Firstly,,, dressing scene.
Then, a picture with wataboushi (white hat for bride) and
western style hair set.
After the ceremony….
Moreover, she changed the white kimono
to colored kimono and added some more head piece.
Until around this time, t
hey got used to the photo shoot and,
including us, we spoke to each other and we all had a fun time!
And lastly, they changed to western style dress and tuxedo.
Dress and tuxedo at a shrine.
Don’t you think it’s also nice?
After this, they finally moved to their party venue with their friends.
The meetings with the warm couple were always fun…..
I will surely miss you.
But I do hope to see you at Hiraoka-Shrine by chance one day!
Thank you so much for devoting your time to us!
Once again from the bottom of my heart,

Greetings from HARENOHI Tokyo Bridal Salon.
How have you been?
It’s been such nice weather here in Tokyo lately!
Today, we would like to tell you about a beautiful wedding ceremony held at
The bride and groom were so relaxed all the time from the moment
when they started their hair and makeup until even the time of the wedding ceremony.
紋付袴 The Montsuki Hakama,
a Japanese traditional wedding kimono for the groom, perfectly suited him!
We were jealous of his tall and slender figure (^.^)
They were speaking in both English and Japanese.
During the photo shoot
and the explanation of the ceremony from the staff of the shrine,
the bride kindly translated for the groom.
The scene was so impressive to us…(*´ω｀*)
It was a holiday, there were many visitors at the shrine!
We heard congratulatory words from everywhere!
A special privilege of having a wedding ceremony here is,,,,
A photo shoot in the beautiful garden!
(Only wedding couples are allowed to come inside the garden!)
We always take lots of pictures when we visit there.
Everyone was smiling(*^_^*)！
Their warm smiles cheered me up.
Once again, congratulations to you both, the beautiful couple!
We wish you a long lasting, happy married life.
